一、服務說明
好時光（GoodTimes）是一款經期追蹤與健康記錄應用程式，提供月經週期追蹤、排卵觀察、基礎體溫記錄、症狀記錄、產後與更年期前期相關記錄等功能。本 App 由獨立開發者提供。
二、醫療免責聲明
重要提醒：好時光僅為健康記錄與參考工具，不構成醫療建議、診斷或治療。排卵預測、週期推算、易孕期或避孕參考等功能僅供參考，不應作為避孕、備孕或醫療決策的唯一依據。如有健康疑慮，請諮詢合格的醫療專業人員。從 Apple 健康匯入的歷史資料可能不完整或有誤，依其產生的預測與分析同樣僅供參考。
三、訂閱與購買條款
好時光提供自動續費訂閱。實際價格、試用期與可購買項目以 App Store 顯示為準。
- 付款將透過您的 Apple ID 帳號向 App Store 收取
- 訂閱將自動續費，除非您在當前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續費
- 帳戶將在當前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內收取續訂費用
- 您可以在購買後前往 iPhone「設定」→ Apple ID →「訂閱項目」管理或取消訂閱
- 免費試用期間若購買訂閱，剩餘的免費試用期可能依 Apple 規則處理
四、使用者責任
- 您應確保輸入的資料盡可能正確，以獲得較可靠的週期分析
- 您有責任保管自己的裝置、Apple ID 與 iCloud 帳號安全
- 您不得對本 App 進行反向工程、反編譯或嘗試提取原始碼
五、智慧財產權
好時光的內容、設計、程式碼及相關素材均受著作權法保護。您取得的是個人使用授權，不得複製、修改或散布本 App 的任何部分。
六、免責聲明
- 本 App 以「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證
- 我們不保證 App 將持續無中斷或完全無錯誤地運作
- 對於因使用本 App 所造成的任何直接或間接損失，我們不承擔責任
- 排卵預測、受孕可能性、易孕期與週期推算等結果可能因個人生理差異而不同
七、Apple 健康與 iCloud
若您選擇授權 Apple 健康，好時光可在您的裝置上讀取或寫入您允許的健康資料類型。從 Apple 健康匯入的來源資料不會上傳至 iCloud。當您在另一台裝置從 iCloud 還原資料時，Apple 健康來源資料不會包含在備份中；您需要在該裝置重新授權 Apple 健康並再次匯入。
八、條款變更
我們保留修改本條款的權利。重大變更將透過 App 更新或本頁面通知您。繼續使用本 App 即表示您同意修改後的條款。
九、適用法律
本條款受中華民國法律管轄。如有爭議，除法律另有強制規定外，應以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Service Description
GoodTimes is a cycle tracking and health logging app that provides menstrual cycle tracking, ovulation observation, basal body temperature logging, symptom logging, postpartum tracking, perimenopause-related tracking, and related features. The app is provided by an independent developer.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Important: GoodTimes is a health logging and reference tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ovulation predictions, cycle estimates, fertile-window guidance, and contraception reference information are for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for contraception, trying to conceive, or medical decisions. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have health concerns. Historical data imported from Apple Health may be incomplete or inaccurate, and any predictions or analysis based on it are likewise for reference only.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
GoodTimes offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Actual prices, trial periods, and available products are shown in the App Store.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, the remaining trial period may be handled according to Apple’s rules.
4. User Responsibilities
- You should enter information as accurately as possible to receive more reliable cycle analysis.
- You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account secure.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
GoodTimes content, design, code, and related materials are protected by copyright laws. You receive a personal license to use the app and may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of it.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
- The app is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
- We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the app.
- Ovulation predictions, fertility-related estimates, fertile-window references, and cycle calculations may vary due to individual physiological differences.
7. Apple Health and iCloud
If you choose to authorize Apple Health, GoodTimes may read or write the health data types you allow on your device. Source data imported from Apple Health is not uploaded to iCloud. When restoring data from iCloud on another device, Apple Health sourced data is not included in the backup; reconnect Apple Health on that device and import it again.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update or this page. Continued use of the app means you agree to the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taichung District Court (Taiwan) as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

GoodTimes（グッドタイムス）は生理周期の記録と健康ログのためのアプリで、月経周期の記録、排卵の観察、基礎体温の記録、症状の記録、産後や更年期移行期に関する記録などの機能を提供します。本アプリは個人開発者によって提供されています。
2. 医療に関する免責事項
重要なお知らせ：GoodTimes は健康記録および参考のためのツールにすぎず、医療上の助言・診断・治療を構成するものではありません。排卵予測、周期の推定、妊娠しやすい時期や避妊の参考などの機能はあくまで参考であり、避妊・妊活・医療上の判断の唯一の根拠とすべきではありません。健康に関する不安がある場合は、資格を持つ医療専門家にご相談ください。Apple ヘルスケアから取り込んだ過去のデータは不完全または不正確な場合があり、それに基づく予測や分析も同様に参考用です。
3. サブスクリプションと購入の規約
GoodTimes は自動更新サブスクリプションを提供しています。実際の価格、無料トライアル期間、購入可能な項目は App Store の表示に従います。
- お支払いは、App Store を通じてあなたの Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
- 現在のサブスクリプション期間の終了の少なくとも 24 時間前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
- 更新料金は、現在のサブスクリプション期間の終了前 24 時間以内にアカウントに請求されます。
- 購入後は、iPhone の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」からサブスクリプションを管理または解約できます。
- 無料トライアル期間中にサブスクリプションを購入した場合、残りの無料トライアル期間は Apple のルールに従って扱われることがあります。
4. 利用者の責任
- より信頼できる周期分析を得るために、入力するデータはできるだけ正確にしてください。
- ご自身の端末・Apple ID・iCloud アカウントの安全を保つ責任はあなたにあります。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコードの抽出を試みることはできません。
5. 知的財産権
GoodTimes のコンテンツ、デザイン、コードおよび関連素材は著作権法によって保護されています。あなたが取得するのは個人利用のライセンスであり、本アプリのいかなる部分も複製・改変・配布することはできません。
6. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示のいかなる保証も行いません。
- 本アプリが常に中断なく、または完全にエラーなく動作することを保証しません。
- 本アプリの利用によって生じた直接的・間接的ないかなる損害についても、当方は責任を負いません。
- 排卵予測、妊娠の可能性、妊娠しやすい時期、周期の推定などの結果は、個人の生理的な違いによって異なる場合があります。
7. Apple ヘルスケアと iCloud
Apple ヘルスケアの利用を許可した場合、GoodTimes はあなたが許可した健康データの種類を端末上で読み取りまたは書き込みできます。Apple ヘルスケアから取り込んだ元データが iCloud にアップロードされることはありません。別の端末で iCloud からデータを復元する際、Apple ヘルスケア由来のデータはバックアップに含まれません。その端末で Apple ヘルスケアを再度許可し、もう一度取り込む必要があります。
8. 規約の変更
当方は本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更は、アプリの更新または本ページを通じてお知らせします。本アプリの利用を継続することは、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は中華民国（台湾）の法律に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、台湾台中地方法院を第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
